The Detroit News invites you to a virtual panel discussion on March 25th at 7pm.

 Moderated by Bankole Thompson, columnist, The Detroit News.

 Panelists will discuss:

* Detroit Education

* Why it is important to help Detroit students graduate college

* Free College scholarships and support during enrollment

* How the Detroit Promise is promoting higher education access and success

Detroit Rapper Gmac Cash will perform a rap about the importance of going to college

* Martha Kanter, former US Under Secretary of Education now the CEO of College Promise

* Peter Remington, president and CEO of the Michigan Education Excellence Foundation

* Mark Yancy, Detroit Promise Path coach, Henry Ford College

* Kim Kozlowski, higher education reporter, The Detroit News
